• Generate earnings quality and pro forma analyses of targets.
• Conduct due diligence testing and document reviews.
• Analyze target financials to identify trends and metrics.
• Develop 10-year forecasts for targets.
• Review purchase agreements and related deal documents.
• Prepare due diligence findings and recommendations for reporting structure.
• Coordinate with corporate accounting on close and post-close reporting.
