Job summary

Anthropic seeks an experienced IT professional to own the IT aspects of M&A, performing due diligence, planning integration, and executing post-close migrations. You will deploy automation, write code, and coordinate with Security, Legal, and Finance across the deal lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional IT efforts, build repeatable processes, and contribute to broader Corporate Systems roadmaps while adapting to evolving acquisition activity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a hands-on engineer in corporate IT.
• Experience administering enterprise identity and collaboration platforms and working code against SaaS APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical IT due diligence before close.
• Define the technical integration plan and its requirements.
• Run the integration: admin, migrate people/devices/data and retire obsolete components.
• Build a repeatable IT M&A playbook and automate with Claude.
• Collaborate with Security, Corporate Development, Legal, People, Finance.
