Financeroles in New York is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Mergers & Acquisitions financial advisory practice. You will own financial analysis and execution work, guiding Analysts and engaging with clients on transactions across industries.

You will translate research into valuation analyses and client recommendations, working with senior bankers, clients, and other advisors to deliver strategic advisory solutions.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, mathematics is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior bankers in origination activities, including evaluating strategic alternatives and preparing client presentations.
• Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial statements, develop financial models and evaluate merger implications.
• Build and apply valuation analyses, including comps, DCF and precedent transactions.
• Take ownership of execution workstreams: due diligence, materials, and client coordination.
• Prepare analyses to assess transaction structures, merger consequences and financing considerations.
• Conduct company/industry research on business models, competitive positioning and market trends.
• Guide Analysts and review financial analyses and presentation materials for accuracy.
