Job summary

Carr, Riggs & Ingram seeks a Transaction Advisory Services Intern for Summer 2027 in the United States. The role supports due diligence engagements, analyzes financial and operational data, and helps prepare quality of earnings materials.

We welcome students majoring in accounting who can communicate clearly, work well independently and in teams, and proficiently use Excel and PowerPoint. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student with a major in accounting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• High degree of discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial and operational analyses for buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Obtain an understanding of the work to be performed and the purpose of the engagement.
• Assist with the preparation of QoE databooks, proof of cash analyses, and materials for management interviews.
• Prepare working papers that document analyses performed, procedures followed, and conclusions reached.
• Coordinate with team members regarding client expectations, engagement timing, and project logistics.
• Effectively communicate findings and potential issues identified during the engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and transaction information.
