Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Manager in Corporate Development focused on Mergers and Acquisitions deal execution. You will lead due diligence, valuation, and integration planning while coordinating with Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Treasury to structure and close transactions.

This role requires forging strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and guiding boards through strategic transactions.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills with proficiency in analyzing complex financial data.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead acquisition and divestiture due diligence process, valuation analysis, pre-closing integration / separation planning and closing processes.
• Deal Strategy: develop business cases with detailed marketplace assessment and financial support.
• Due Diligence: identify critical items impacting modeling assumptions and integration planning.
• Financial Analysis: build detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess ROI of transactions.
• Deal Structuring: collaborate with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance and Treasury to structure transactions.
• Deal Approval: support communications with Cardinal Health leadership and obtain approvals.
• Integration Planning: coordinate integration timing with cross-functional teams.
• Separation Planning: support development of divestiture separation plans and transition services agreements.
• Compliance and Governance: ensure compliance with legal and Cardinal Health requirements.
