Over 10 weeks, interns learn through projects, presentations for senior management, and a rotation across corporate development. The role is hybrid on-site in Colorado with an hourly rate of $24–$26.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field with graduation after Dec 2027.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate development projects with Ball’s business units.
• Research markets and target companies for potential M&A.
• Collect, process, and analyze financial data for analyses.
• Create presentations for senior management.
• Meet with financial counterparts to learn about M&A activity.
• Attend professional development activities, including HQ week in Colorado.
