Job summary

Wyrick Robbins is seeking an attorney with 7+ years of relevant law firm experience to join its market-leading Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition and initiative with experience drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal processes and client relationships, and supervising junior associates.

NC Bar admission (or ability to waive in) is preferred.

Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics.
