Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in complex corporate M&A transactions.
• Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted to practice.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.

• Represent clients in complex corporate M&A transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and communicate effectively throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Manage multiple workstreams and interact directly with clients.
• Engage in business development and build client relationships.
