Job summary

Greenhill & Co. in New York is looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join its M&A team. The analyst will be involved in the design, origination, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions across various sectors.

Successful candidates will conduct extensive research and analysis, draft pitch materials, and facilitate client interactions. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of investment banking experience is essential.

The salary range is expected to be between $110K and $130K, and successful candidates may also receive a discretionary bonus along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years investment banking or corporate finance experience.
• Aptitude to synthesize large information and develop innovative ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive economic and industry research.
• Draft pitch books and prepare client presentations.
• Perform financial modeling and due diligence for client transactions.
