Responsibilities:

• Creating and leading structured daily routines with flexibility as needed
• Planning engaging, age‑appropriate activities, crafts, and outdoor adventures
• Anticipating needs and staying ahead of transitions, challenges, and schedules
• Child meal prep
• Light child‑related housekeeping (kids’ laundry, dishes, tidying play areas)
• Driving to activities or outings as needed
• Communicating regularly and professionally with parents

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional childcare experience (infant experience required)
• CPR certified (or willing to obtain prior to start)
