Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program (baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate).
• Current Basic Life Support certification is required.
• Valid Texas license or temporary license required.
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist certification required.
• At least 1 year of Licensed PT experience.
