The ideal candidate will have an active PT license and experience in SNF or post-acute rehab settings, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication. This permanent position offers a pay rate of $50 to $58 per hour, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post-acute rehab.
• Experience in Lymphedema or Pelvic Floor is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat SNF residents in Lymphedema or Pelvic Floor specialty.
• Provide skilled therapy services and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
