Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Health Educator and MELT Method Instructor to join Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness in Bentonville, AR. You will design and deliver engaging programs focused on lymphatic and fascia health, recovery, mobility, and self-care, using MELT Method principles.

You will lead workshops, coach participants, develop materials, collaborate with the Whole Health team, evaluate outcomes, and ensure accessibility and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Education or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience delivering health education and wellness programming.
• MELT Method instructor certification and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications preferred or required before start.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Health Education Programs: deliver workshops, classes, and demonstrations focused on lymphatic and fascia health, recovery, mobility, hydration, self-care, and MELT Method.
• Engage members to increase wellness knowledge and encourage sustainable behavior change.
• Develop engaging presentations, participant guides, handouts, and learning materials.
• Collaborate with Whole Health staff to design and improve programming.
• Monitor outcomes and participant feedback to improve program effectiveness.
