Shoreline Veterinary Hospital in the Greater Seattle area is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. You will provide high-level patient care during surgical and dental procedures, monitor anesthesia, and assist with exams, client education, and discharge instructions.

The position is full-time with a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays. Benefits include CE allowance, health insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k), and paid time

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary technician experience in a clinical setting.
• Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician in the state of Washington.
• Proficiency in anesthesia induction, monitoring, recovery; dental procedures; radiography; client education.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, prep and recovery, and dental cleanings/radiographs.
• Ensure efficient exam room workflow and outstanding client communication.
• Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and address client questions with empathy.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to support orders during outpatient visits, ensuring high patient care.
