Job summary

Assisted Home Health & Hospice in Northridge, CA, is seeking licensed vocational nurses (LVNs) for full-time or part-time roles. New grads welcome; training provided.

You will deliver high-quality, one-on-one home health care in a stress-free environment. Responsibilities include ensuring safe delivery of nursing services, communicating with the RN Case Manager and physician, assisting with plan of care, and performing selected procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited practical (vocational) nursing program.
• Licensed LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services.
• Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician regarding patient condition and needs.
• Assist the RN and/or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties.
• Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.
