Beachside Post Acute is seeking a full-time LVN Treatment Nurse to join our caring team at Beachside Post Acute. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, focusing on safety, patient satisfaction, and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include treating skin disorders, educating CNAs, and coordinating with physicians and the IDT to update care plans while providing excellent service and maintaining dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of LVN experience or equivalent in a clinical setting.
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Identify, manage, and treat skin disorders and lesions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time LVN Treatment Nurse to join our team at Beachside Post Acute. As an LVN Treatment Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care that includes safety, customer service, quality outcomes, and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients
• Must be able to identify, manage, and treat specific skin disorders and primary/secondary lesions
• Must be able to work with nursing team to educate CNAs as to proper positioning, training, and skin care
• Must be able to evaluate patients’ needs through ongoing assessment and revise treatment plan through coordination with physician and interdisciplinary care team (IDT)
• Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Must demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
• Must be able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
• Must be able to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as an LVN
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
