Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of patient care in accordance with clinical systems and physician orders.
• Ensure highest quality services in a customer-service-friendly environment.
• Create a positive resident experience through compassionate care.
• Maintain nursing service objectives and standards per Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluate staffing needs and supervise subordinate staff.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders, and adjust care plans.
• Monitor infection control compliance and document incidents.
• Organize tasks, oversee staff performance, and participate in duty assignments.
