Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license (TX).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Pediatric home health experience preferred; Trach/vent experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assess patient condition and respond to changes.
• Educate families and caregivers on care plans.
• Follow the plan of care and document care provided.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (TX)
• Current CPR certification

Preferred

• Pediatric home health experience
• Trach and/or ventilator experience

Schedule & Travel

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
• 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
