Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to oversee the health and well-being of residents in our residential facility in Pasadena. Under direct supervision, you will deliver nursing care, assist with medications, and respond to medical needs within the program's scope.

The role requires a valid LVN license, CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications, plus DSP I and II certifications either at hire or within one year.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid LVN license.
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications required.
• DSP I and II certifications upon hire—or within one year of starting employment.
• At least one year of LVN experience, preferably in a residential setting.

• Deliver nursing care within the scope of the residential program.
• Assess ill or injured residents and report findings and safety concerns.
• Assist with medication administration and monitoring.
• Provide personal care and meals assistance as needed.
• Complete daily reports and documentation.
• Develop staff training needs and conduct training.
• Transport residents to health care appointments.
