Maxim Healthcare in Texas is seeking an LPN to provide direct home health care to patients in their homes on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis. You’ll work one patient at a time, delivering personalized care, monitoring status, administering medications, and coordinating with the health care team to follow individualized care plans.

Required:
