Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN to deliver direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes within Texas. You will monitor patient conditions, administer prescribed medications, and support individualized care plans in a focused home setting.

We offer stable hours with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, including day, evening, and overnight shifts. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing training and development.

Qualificações

• Active LVN license in Texas.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.

• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.

Requirements

Required:

• Active LVN license
