Innovative Medical Group in Temecula, CA, is seeking a Back Office Primary Care LVN to support both administrative and clinical tasks in a busy in-person clinic.

You will take vital signs, assist physicians, perform phlebotomy, prepare specimens, manage EHR, educate patients, and ensure exam rooms are stocked and sterile, with IV therapy duties.

Weekend availability and Spanish bilingual preferred.

Formación

• LVN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a primary care, Urgent Care or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual - Spanish (Preferred).
• Able to work weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients for examination, taking vital signs, and recording medical histories.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and administer injections as required.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Conduct basic lab tests and report results.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
• Educate patients on healthcare management and treatment plans.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
• IV Therapy & Infusion Administration.
