Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking licensed LVNs for Perdiem/Part-time or Full-time positions. We encourage new graduates to apply and join our team as we focus on providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established guidelines.

You will be responsible for meeting patients' needs, administer medications, conduct education, and assist in quality improvement programs. Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LVN in California.
• 1 year nursing management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet patient needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of infection control manual.
• Assist in implementing quality improvement programs.
• Notify departments of patient changes.
• Conduct family and patient education.
• Administer medications timely as per facility policy.
• Administer treatments timely as per facility policy.
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders.
• Make rounds with physicians when necessary.

Education

Currently licensed as LVN in state of California

One-year prior nursing management experience preferred
