Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide high-quality 1:1 pediatric homecare. The role focuses on gtube, trach, and vent management, with shifts across AM, PM, and overnight slots, including weekends.

Family-centered care in a home setting emphasizes consistency and meaningful patient impact. Typical duties include direct home care, monitoring and reporting changes, administering medications, and supporting care plans while coordinating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license and current BLS certification are required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in pediatric/homecare settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans and document care.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team and family.

This assignment is with a pediatric patient for gtube, trach and vent management. Family is looking for around the clock care.

Schedule: AM Shifts - Mondays - Fridays 7am - 3pm

PM Shifts - Mondays - Fridays 3pm - 11pm

NOC Shifts - Mondays - Fridays 11pm - 7am
