Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Orange County, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to apply nursing process and deliver patient care across multiple cases and shifts including mornings, afternoons, overnights, and weekends.

The LVN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, document findings, and collaborate with health care team while maintaining compliance with nursing standards and facility requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state in which the LVN practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior LVN/LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Maxim Healthcare Services in Orange County, CA is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care.The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care. We are currently looking for to fill multiple cases including: Mornings, Afternoons, Overnights, and Weekends.

Responsibilities

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
