Job summary

Avir at Crockett is seeking a licensed LVN or RN Charge Nurse to provide direct nursing care and supervise the daily activities of the unit in Crockett, TX.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and ensure accurate documentation of resident care and medications while upholding high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nursing License (LVN/RN).
• Valid CPR certification.
• IV certification preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.
