Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Hanford, California. In this role, you will provide essential patient care in a correctional setting, assisting with patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation of nursing encounters. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with nursing standards. Preferred candidates have clinic experience and current licensure. Formación

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• One year or more of clinic experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state employed.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety.
• Implement nutrition and therapeutic diets.
