Job summary
AVIR Health Group is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas to provide direct care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities on the unit. New grads are welcome, with a supportive environment for growth.
Eligible candidates receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, competitive compensation, 401k with match, company-paid holidays and PTO, and family health insurance. IV certification preferred and CPR is required.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas nursing license.
- Valid CPR certification.
- IV Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing, medical practices, and long-term care regulations.
