Qualifications

• Hold a current LVN license authorized to practice in Texas or a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Able to pass drug screening and criminal background checks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Not excluded from providing services to Medicare/Medicaid beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services including administering medications, immunizations, and treatments.
• Monitor weight, diet, vital signs, and overall health status.
• Assess signs of illness and initiate acute care plans when necessary.
• Document nursing data entry, reports, records accurately and timely.
• Comply with facility SOPs, Joint Commission guidelines, and facility policies.
