Responsibilities

Assist the Registered Nurse and physician in determining patients’ health status and health needs based on interpretation of health‑related data and preventative health practices, in collaboration with patients, their families, and other immediate healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LVN program
• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• IV certification
