Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for MAT dosing under CalAIM in a correctional healthcare setting. You will participate in medication administration, patient education, and treatment plan implementation.

The role requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, an active LVN/LPN license in the state, and CPR certification, with clinic experience preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state employed.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans under the direction of healthcare practitioners.
• Administer medications, perform laboratory testing and drug screens, and obtain diagnostic tests in accordance with orders and protocols.
• Maintain controlled substance counts and complete required medication administration and inventory documentation.
• Respond to health emergencies, apply safety procedures, and assist with medical and minor surgical procedures as needed.
• Document nursing encounters and communicate patient information with healthcare providers and care team members.
