Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing or Psychiatric Technician School.
• One or more years of clinical experience required.

• Current unrestricted licensure as LPN or LVN or LPT in the state employed.
• Current lifesaving BLS certification.
• Phlebotomy/IV Certification is required or must be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents physical, psychological, and social data of patients.
• Implements individualized treatment plans and executes clinical interventions.
• Provides direct patient care, including administering medications.
• Ensures accurate clinical documentation and communication with healthcare team.
• Conducts controlled substance inventory and maintains compliance.
