Crestwood Behavioral Health in Angwin, CA, seeks an LVN or LPT to provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care standards. You will guide non-licensed staff and operate the unit on an on-call schedule, joining a team focused on recovery and personal growth within a supportive campus.

Qualified candidates hold California LVN/LPT licensure, with knowledge of nursing theory, supervision ability, and teamwork. CPR/First Aid are required, and prior mental health nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
Ability to supervise.
Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
Current CPR and first aid certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to clients according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards within scope of practice.
Give direction to non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.
