Job summary

Crestwood Eureka is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to deliver direct nursing care under physician orders and support the care team. The role includes supervising aides and coordinating activities on the unit.

Full-time NOC shift (Friday–Sunday) with 12-hour shifts, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. California licensure and CPR/First Aid are required, with preferred mental health nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to supervise.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients according to physicians' orders and applicable care standards.
• Give direction to non-licensed personnel in delivering client care and operating the unit.
