Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide nursing care under an RN’s direction. You will gather data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures for an adult to geriatric patient population.

Must hold current LVN/LPN licensure in the state, and a current BLS certification. One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing is preferred but not required; ER/ICU experience and vents/trachs/PICC lines are a plus.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as LVN/LPN in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments is preferred; vents/trachs/PICC lines expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under direction of an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Care for patients in an age- and population-appropriate manner per PAM Health policies.
