Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an LPN/LVN for a temporary part-time role in Indiana. Expect 20 hours per week across 2–3 weekdays, with duties including patient assessments, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring in a clinic setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active Indiana LPN/LVN license and BLS certification, with 1+ year of healthcare experience and EPIC/EMR proficiency. Flexibility for occasional weekends or holidays may be required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing with no current or prior disciplinary actions.
• Minimum 1 year of related healthcare experience.
• Hands‑on experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex patient assessments and monitor health and well-being.
• Administer medications as directed (oral, injectable, IV, topical).
• Monitor and document vital signs including BP, pulse, respiration, and temperature.
