Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Beverly Hills, CA for outpatient care. The role requires phlebotomy and IV start proficiency, with an active CA LVN license at submission time.

Shifts are 8 hours, 0800–2000, with possible weekend coverage and floating requirements to support Urgent Care locations. Flu vaccination is required with no exemptions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in California is required.
• Proficient in phlebotomy and starting IVs.
• Active license at time of submission; any license status must be current.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient nursing care in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting.
• Perform phlebotomy and IV starts as part of routine care.
• Adhere to vaccination requirements and clinic policies.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an outpatient setting
• Licensure: Must hold a valid CA LVN license
• Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA or ARC only)
  • IV & Blood withdrawal certification
• Health Requirements: Flu Vaccine (no declinations/no exemptions)
• Special Skills: Proficient in phlebotomy and IV start

Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 0800-2000
• Weekend Requirement: Possible requirement to assist the Urgent Care location one weekend per month
• Floating Requirement: Yes
