Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Round Rock is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide patient care under the supervision of an RN on the medical-surgical unit. You will gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures in an age-appropriate manner in line with PAM Health policies.

Ideal candidates hold active LPN/LVN licensure in the state or a compact state, current BLS certification, and may have inpatient med-surg

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the appropriate state (or compact licensure)
• Current BLS certification required and AHA approved within 90 days of employment
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Adhere to PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Education

Current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state where hospital resides or compact licensure
