Crossover Health in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a licensed LVN/LPN to join our clinic team on a Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule. You will support patient check-ins, care coordination with clinicians, phlebotomy, immunizations and other duties to keep our fast-paced clinic running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of clinical experience, current BLS certification, and the ability to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a value-driven, team-based environment.

Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience.
