Job summary

HR Partner seeks a licensed LVN/LPN to perform home health nursing visits in Fort Worth, TX. Part-time position requiring Texas licensure and 1-2 years of home health experience, with wound care experience highly desired.

Candidate must have current First Aid & CPR, TB test clearance, and a valid Texas driver’s license. Proficiency with electronic medical records is required; Kinnser/WellSky experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LVN in Texas.

• Able to use electronic software (EMR) effectively.
• Must have current First Aid & CPR and TB clearance; must hold valid Texas driver's license.
