A-Line Staffing Solutions in Clover, SC invites an experienced LVN/LPN Float Nurse to join a fast-paced retail clinic. You will float to nearby clinics, perform vaccinations, administer medications, and monitor patients while maintaining high-quality care and documentation in the EMR.

The role requires 1+ year experience in Primary Care/ Urgent Care/ ER, an active US LVN/LPN license, and strong communication skills. Schedule is full-time with weekend coverage and training prior to start.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license in the U.S.
• If using a compact license, it must be issued in your primary state of residence
• 1+ year clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER
• EMR experience required (Epic strongly preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and patient-centered customer service skills
• Comfortable working some major holidays as needed

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care and perform routine assessments and vital signs
• Administer medications (oral, injectable, IV, topical) per protocols
• Perform vaccine administration, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing (POCT)
• Document patient history, allergies, medications, and care provided in the EMR (Epic preferred)
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate concerns appropriately
• Support patient education, self-care guidance, and care coordination resources
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked clinic environment
• Float to nearby clinic sites as needed and support safe, consistent patient care

LVN / LPN Float Nurse (Clinic)

Location: Clover, SC 29710 (4724 Charlotte Hwy) — may float to nearby clinic locations

Schedule: Full-time 32–40 hours/week, includes every other weekend (7–10 hour shifts during clinic hours; schedules built in 6-week blocks)

Training: Initial 3 weeks of training/orientation (must be able to attend with no planned time off)

Pay:$37.17/hr
