Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Clear Lake is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team. The LVN/LPN provides nursing care under an RN on the unit, handles data gathering, and carries out orders while supporting patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications include current LVN/LPN licensure in the state, BLS certification, and at least one year of inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred but not required. Prior experience with vents/trachs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state where PAM Health resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report patient data and respond to orders.
• Carry out physician orders and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Care for patients in an age- and population-appropriate manner per PAM Health policies.
