Lily Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Lampasas, TX is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or LVN to join our care team. We offer 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, including day and night options, with coverage for full-time staff.

Starting rates include a $5,000 sign-on bonus for FT, $29–$31 per hour with longevity increases. Benefits: telehealth, medical/dental/vision, early pay, education advancement, scholarships, and emergency relief.

(6am-6pm, 6pm-6am and 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)

Starting Rate:

$5000 sign-on bonus for FT, qualified applicants

$29-$31 (.10 per year up to 20 years of experience)

Shift Differential :

2p-6p: $1.25

6p - 6a: $2.50
