AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family and provide direct, compassionate care to residents. The LVN will supervise day-to-day nursing activities on the assigned unit, ensuring comfort, dignity, and high standards of care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• I.V. Certification preferred.
