Job summary

Highland Manor Assisted Living in Lynwood, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a Thursday to Sunday 7AM–5PM shift across facilities. You will monitor vitals, ensure medications are taken, observe progress, and communicate with families to support resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have completed vocational nursing education and be licensed as LVN.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful clinical situations.

• Excellent interpersonal communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition.
• Ensure patients take prescribed medications on schedule.
• Observe and document patient progress during treatment.
• Communicate updates to patients' families regarding progress.
