Dignity Health - St. John’s Hospital Camarillo is seeking an LVN to provide direct patient care within a compassionate healthcare team. You will assess patients, administer medications, and document care while coordinating with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans.

You must demonstrate strong clinical skills, patient safety focus, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment to ensure high-quality patient experiences.

Formación

• One year of current experience in an acute or long-term care setting.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse: LVN CA, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, upon hire.
• Expanded IV Therapy Course, upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient conditions and provide direct LVN care.
• Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments.
• Document care accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement care plans.
• Prioritize patient safety and effective communication in a fast-paced setting.
• Adhere to policies on abuse reporting and patient rights.
