Kaiser Permanente in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician/advanced practice provider. You will administer medications, assist with treatments, document care, and support the care team within Kaiser’s standards and policies.

The role emphasizes strong patient relations, adherence to safety and infection control policies, and collaboration to maintain high-quality care for plan members.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12 months LVN direct patient care experience within the last 3 years.
• California LVN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care under supervision and in accordance with scope of practice.
• Transcribe orders and follow policy.
• Assist with development of nursing care plans and communicate changes to the team.
• Administer medications per order and standing orders within scope of practice.
• Assist with examinations and treatments, passing instruments and supporting patient during procedures.
• Document patient status and care in Health Connect per policy.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of nursing station and equipment.
• Coordinate discharge processes and support back-office workflows.
