Highland Palms is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team at Highland Palms Healthcare Center. This full-time role offers part-time options and a stable, resident-centered environment.

Avon Park, FL. You will provide direct care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and infection control.

Qualifications

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments and document care accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
