Del Rosa Villa Post Acute in San Bernardino, CA, is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our 104-bed skilled nursing team. You will provide high-quality nursing care per care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor residents, and administer medications with compassion.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California LVN license.
• Experience in senior/post-acute care is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
