Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide patient care under physician orders in a team setting. The LVN works under direction of physicians and RNs, performing assessments, medications administration, and education while ensuring documentation compliance.

Essential duties include supervising peers, coordinating care plans, and communicating changes in patient status. Strong nursing competencies and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid State licensure as an LPN/LVN.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients through physical exams and relevant tests to determine health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in care planning and care coordination.
• Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Communicate with physicians about patient changes and test results.
• Document assessments and care per policy and standards.
• Educate patients and families on health-related issues.
• Complete required forms per company policy and regulations.
